Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate teams, develop them, and create strong client relationships across our portfolio of schools.
- Be commercially astute and work towards KPIs – Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance.
- Manage fixed-price locations and oversee a high level of employees.
- Work with a range of clients within a diverse environment.
- Assist teams when needed and roll up sleeves to help meet operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with enhanced DBS disclosure requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an operator within a similar catering business.
- Understanding and background in the Education sector.
- Ability to manage fixed-price locations.
- Experience working with diverse clients.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Completion of enhanced DBS disclosure.
