This is a 52‑week role working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate teams, develop them, and create strong client relationships.
- Be commercially astute and help the teams when needed.
- Live by KPIs in Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance.
- Manage a portfolio of 24 schools (primary, secondary, and colleges) across the North West, including Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington.
Qualifications
- Previous catering and operational management experience is essential.
- Experience in the education sector in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of financials.
- Passion for food and the hospitality industry.
- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio within Caterlink.
- Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
