Overview

This is a 52‑week role working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate teams, develop them, and create strong client relationships.
  • Be commercially astute and help the teams when needed.
  • Live by KPIs in Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance.
  • Manage a portfolio of 24 schools (primary, secondary, and colleges) across the North West, including Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington.

Qualifications

  • Previous catering and operational management experience is essential.
  • Experience in the education sector in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of financials.
  • Passion for food and the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio within Caterlink.
  • Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
