We are hiring for a Chef to manage a pod on Saturday and Sunday at a secondary school in Bolton.
Position Details
- Salary: £15.00 per hour.
- 12 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday).
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
- To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity.
- To ensure that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
- To support your line manager with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in professional cooking, minimum 3 years experience in the food industry.
