We are hiring for a Chef to manage a pod on a Saturday and Sunday at a secondary school in Bolton.
Job Details
- Pay: £15.00 per hour
- Hours: 12 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday)
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
- Ensure all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity.
- Enhance the company's reputation for excellent food and service with the client and customers and consistently exceed expectations.
- Support the line manager with the day-to-day running of the location, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in professional cooking.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the food industry.
