We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our growing transport team at our Embleton, Cockermouth depot. As a key representative of Caterite, you will deliver goods on 10-25 daily drops directly to our customers and play an essential role in upholding our reputation for excellent customer service. The successful applicant will be friendly and results driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We are seeking hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. You should be comfortable with early morning starts, managing your own workload, and have a customer focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and check your own vehicle each day
  • Review delivery paperwork and delivery routes
  • Deliver goods and verify contents against invoices
  • Communicate effectively with customers and the transport office
  • Deliver to a wide range of destinations across the area

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current, clean Class 2 license
  • Valid Digi-Tacho card and CPC certificate required
  • Be flexible with working hours, with potential start times as early as 2:00am
  • Display excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work efficiently under pressure and demonstrate initiative
  • Maintain a professional, courteous manner at all times
  • Be a team player
  • Experience working in a dispatch or delivery environment is beneficial, but full training on products, procedures and systems will be provided.
