About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Class 2 Delivery Driver to join our transport team. Based at our main depot in Embleton, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods to our fresh prep facility in Penrith and throughout the surrounding areas. Your daily duties will include:

  • Loading and transporting goods from our Embleton depot to our fresh prep facility in Penrith.
  • Completing additional deliveries within Penrith and surrounding locations as required.
  • Transporting fresh goods back to our Embleton depot and safely unloading goods upon return.
  • Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring all deliveries are completed in line with company procedures.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
  • Adhering to all road transport legislation, health and safety requirements, and company policies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold a clean and valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
  • Possess a valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
  • Counterbalance Lift Truck licence (desirable).
  • Have a good understanding of driver hours and transport regulations.
  • Be capable of loading and unloading goods.
  • Be dependable, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a dispatch or delivery environment is beneficial, but full training on products, procedures and systems will be provided.
