Working alongside our Site Manager, you’ll get hands-on experience across every stage of the build, backed by first-class training designed to help you progress. No two days are the same, and every day brings you closer to seeing a customer take the keys to their perfect new home.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting (and deputising for) the Site Manager, supervising employed and subcontract labour
- Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries to keep the build on programme and on quality
- Scheduling work to hit production targets without cutting corners
- Getting involved in pre-completion inspections with purchasers
- Being a reliable link between the build, sales, and customer care teams
What you’ll bring:
- Experience on a new build residential construction site
- SMSTS /SSSTS and First Aid certified
- Solid grasp of site Health & Safety
- Confidence reading and interpreting designs and drawings
- Sharp attention to detail and a genuine desire to succeed
