We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Year Manager to lead and coordinate educational programs for students throughout the academic year. As a Year Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for students, teachers, and parents, ensuring smooth communication and effective management of student progress. Your role is vital in fostering a positive learning environment, promoting student engagement, and supporting academic success. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between students, teachers, and parents to facilitate clear communication regarding academic progress and school activities.
- Organise and oversee student schedules, ensuring timely attendance at classes and extracurricular activities.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and behaviour, providing support or intervention when necessary.
- Coordinate with teaching staff to implement tailored learning plans and track individual student development.
- Plan and execute regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address concerns, and set goals for the upcoming term.
- Maintain accurate records of student information, attendance logs, and academic achievements.
- Foster a positive school culture by promoting inclusivity, motivation, and active participation among students.
Requirements
- Proven experience in teaching or educational program management; prior leadership roles are highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, teachers, and staff.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best academically and personally.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
