Academics is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Windsor that are looking to recruit enthusiastic and caring graduates for Inclusion Teaching Assistant positions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) while helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment. The role is ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or wider SEN support.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
  • Helping pupils overcome learning barriers and achieve their potential
  • Encouraging children's emotional wellbeing, confidence, and social development
  • Supporting an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
