Warehouse Operative

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to support a Warehouse team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.
You will support all areas of the warehouse process, including:
- Loading and unloading materials
- Machine operation, supporting technicians and using computer systems.
- Quality sampling and stock control
- General housekeeping duties with heavy lifting involved
- Assisting the Production Team Leader with operational updates and process improvementsFLT / Forklift Counterbalance would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all SOPs, site procedures, and health & safety guidelines
- Carry out pre-start visual safety inspections
- Support continuous improvement activities across the shift
- Maintain high housekeeping standards across the production area
- Complete production documentation and bulk bag labelling accurately
- Work flexibly across multiple production roles as required

Salary: £12.71 – £13.71/hour
