Our client is recruiting for a Manufacturing Process Technician to support day-to-day production and drive continuous improvement within a busy machine shop environment.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting production operations and delivering operational goals
- Improving machining processes using lean/continuous improvement principles
- Working closely with Manufacturing Engineers on daily activity and projects
- Supporting CNC machining processes
- Creating tool drawings, managing cutting tool stock (min/max), ordering tools and maintaining a tool library
- Programming CMM equipment
- Working to ISO9001 / ISO14001 standards and following all EHS requirements
