You'll be working alongside your team on the warehouse floor, supporting daily operations, driving performance and helping the shift run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Supervising cold store warehouse operations and supporting daily workflow.
- Leading, motivating and developing warehouse staff.
- Monitoring productivity and performance metrics.
- Maintaining health and safety standards.
- Supporting stock control and inventory management.
- Using Excel and Outlook to manage reporting and communication.
- Working within a cold store environment.
Experience Required
- Supervisory experience within a warehouse, stores or manufacturing environment.
- Counterbalance Forklift Licence essential.
- Reach Truck Licence desirable.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to work with Excel formulas and performance metrics.
- Warehouse or Manufacturing Stores experience essential.
- Comfortable working in a cold store environment.
Details & Package
- Starting base salary of £33,000 p.a.
- Increasing to £35,000 following successful probation completion.
- Realistic earnings of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum with overtime.

- 10:00am to 6:30pm
- 12:00pm to 8:30pm
- 2:00pm to 10:00pm
