Your Role on Site

Working at the forefront of site safety and UKAS-accredited quality standards, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive asbestos surveys, re-inspections, and site hazard mapping.
  • Managing air monitoring activities, Certificates of Reoccupation, and Certificates of Cleanliness.
  • Generating and technically reviewing detailed reports, sampling data, and site plans.
  • Participating in internal QA audits and external proficiency schemes to uphold UKAS standards.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Certifications: BOHS P402 & BOHS P403/P404 (or equivalent certifications) are essential.
  • Experience: Proven track record in air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and report reviewing.
  • Drive: Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to work independently in complex site environments.
  • Standards: Strong knowledge of UKAS practices, current asbestos legislation, and strict H&S procedures.
