A specialist Secondary SEN School in Maidenhead is looking for a caring and enthusiastic ASD Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain hands‑on experience before pursuing a career in psychology, education, or therapy.

As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with ASD.
Support students with learning, communication, and emotional regulation.
Help students build confidence and independence.
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff.
Monitor students’ progress, wellbeing, and engagement.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment.We’re looking for an ASD Teaching Assistant who is:
