We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join a busy school environment, providing reception and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries.
- Supporting the school office with day-to-day administration.
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain records and documents.
- Filing, scanning, photocopying and other general office duties.
- Welcoming visitors and maintaining reception procedures.
- Handling information professionally and maintaining confidentiality.
About You
- Previous administration or reception experience preferred.
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Well organised with good attention to detail.
- Professional and confident when dealing with people.
- Reliable, approachable and able to work in a busy environment.
- School experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
