We are looking for an experienced Small Works Services Manager to oversee the delivery of HVAC, refrigeration & plumbing and heating small works projects across the Yorkshire region.

The successful candidate will manage projects from survey and quotation through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You’ll work closely with engineers and clients to provide excellent service and identify opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HVAC, plumbing and Heating small works projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare quotations.
  • Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, materials, and resources.
  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Monitor project performance and profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within the HVAC or Building Services sector.
  • Experience managing small works or service projects.
  • Strong commercial and organisational skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
