What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.

- Coaching, developing and motivating your team to achieve their best.
- Managing rotas, staffing levels and labour costs.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
- Helping drive sales while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
