Site Engineer
3 month contract (strong likelihood of extension due to ongoing project work)
£450 – £500 per day
Based in Oxford
12 days on / 2 days off shift pattern (uplift for weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Setting out and surveying works
- Managing QA documentation and as-built records
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with specifications and drawings
- Supporting site management teams with technical engineering requirements
- Liaising with subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Monitoring progress and maintaining health & safety standards on site
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong setting out experience
- Competent using surveying equipment and engineering software
- CSCS card required
- Relevant engineering qualification preferred
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment
