PROMAN is currently recruiting for a Data Entry / Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading information management company based in Paisley. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable individuals who take pride in accuracy and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role will primarily involve entering confidential information onto computer systems, so strong IT skills and attention to detail are essential. If you have previous experience in administration, data entry, or office-based roles, we’d love to hear from you.
You may also be involved in document preparation activities, including quality checking, repairing, sorting, and scanning documents to ensure they meet customer and company standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Accurately input confidential data into internal systems
- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare, sort, and organise documents for processing
- Carry out quality checks on documents and data entries
- Repair and prepare documents prior to scanning
- Scan and digitally archive documents
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection procedures
- Meet productivity and quality targets while following company processes

- Previous administration or data entry experience is desirable
- Good computer and keyboard skills
