Working hours: Monday to Friday, 4.30pm till 3.30am
Hourly rate: Up to £16.50 per hour

Our rapidly growing client based in Biggleswade are currently looking for Packing / Loading Operative’s to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. The company have recently introduced a new Night Shift, so the successful candidates must be open to working Nights on a daily basis (plenty of overtime available). We will be looking for 2 people to start with our client with immediate effect.

Main duties as a Packing / Loading Operative:

• To support packing recently finished production and correctly labelling each order/product
• Loading finished production onto pallets and racking to be readied for dispatch
• Supporting finishing duties such as polishing, sanding down, fettling etc.
• Ad-hoc support within the Powder Coating production process where required (training given)
• Quality checking finished production before organising/packing

What’s needed within this role:

• Previous experience working within a Production / Manufacturing environment
• Strong understand of Logistics, with experience of packing orders correctly
• Have a keen eye for detail, enabling you to spot any faults within production
• MUST be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy loads
• MUST be open and available to work Night Shifts
