This role is perfect for an all round marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building from the ground up.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will primarily focus on D2C and B2B funnels optimisation.
Your work will directly contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Your role will involve
- Brand - Keep consistency within the companys core brand values, tone, and visual identity across all customer-facing assets (website, social media, email, print, etc.).
- Campaigns and Email Marketing - Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, organic) to drive conversion.
- A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and content to refine performance.
- SEO, Content and Design - Create and optimise landing pages, blog posts, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headers, internal linking) to improve organic search rankings.
- Design on marketing materials (social posts, brochures, presentations) using brand guidelines
- Social media - Manage and grow the companys presence on Linked In (B2B) and Instagram (D2C and B2B), tailoring content for each audience.
- Events - Coordinate with event partners to ensure seamless execution of conferences and planned activities
- CRM - Maintain data hygiene in the CRM (e. g., deduplication, missing information, tagging)
- Performance Marketing - Collect, visualise, and interpret performance data to inform decisions.
You will be the ideal candidate due to your
- Previous marketing experience in B2C and/or B2B.
- Marketing generalist mindset: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to evolving priorities
- Strong content marketing and storytelling skills: Ability to craft SEO-optimised narratives for diverse audiences.
- Data-driven decision-making: Proficient in analysing metrics (GA4, CRM reports and more) to optimise campaigns.
- Proactive and autonomous.
- Growth mindset: Curious, resourceful, and always seeking to learn and improve.
- Hands-on CRM experience.
Desirable
- Hub Spot knowledge and/or certification
- Canva or designing tools (Adobe Suite, Figma)
- Brevo or other email marketing tools
- E-commerce platform i. e Shopify
- SEO/SEM knowledge: Basic understanding of technical SEO, backlinking, and paid search strategies
