  • Owning analytics and campaign reporting: Reporting and optimisation, including in-depth analysis of channel and campaign performance, as well as identifying areas of opportunity.
  • Content and graphic creation: Producing content and graphics that align with the brand across social media, websites, Google Ads, and more.
  • Keyword research: Conducting keyword research to identify relevant, high-traffic keywords across different markets, products, competitors, and audiences.
  • Internet business analysis: Day-to-day, you will work across our international markets (UK, EU, and Rest of World excluding the USA), focusing on campaign planning optimisation, creation, and execution.
  • Print marketing: Creating corporate designs for banners, flyers, display stands, and more.
  • Performance measurement: Monitoring ROI, CTAs, gated content, traffic, and conversions.
  • A/B testing: Conducting A/B tests to determine the most effective ad copy, keywords, and targeting strategies.

What we’re looking for in you:

Our next Marketing Executive should already understand campaign-driven marketing strategy. We’re open to either agency or in-house experience, but what’s important is that you’ll come with a passion for us and what you do. Digital Marketing is critical to gaining new customers and growing our brand globally.

About You:

  • Strong background and proven track record in marketing campaigns with an agency or in-house.
  • Multilingual ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and second-to-none communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Able to operate at both a strategic and tactical level with a blend of analytical, creative, and numerical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Strong digital analytics capability and experienced in using marketing tools such as GA4, Google Looker (Google Data Studio), HubSpot, SEMrush.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple projects and react quickly to changing business priorities.

Essential Skills:
