We’re recruiting on behalf of a large, values-driven organisation for a proactive and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join their People Services team on a 9-month fixed term contract.

Supporting recruitment across a diverse organisation, you’ll manage your own portfolio of vacancies, coordinating the recruitment process from advert through to onboarding while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities for a Recruitment Resourcer

  • Manage a portfolio of vacancies from advert through to onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing recruitment support and guidance.
  • Source candidates and build talent pipelines to attract diverse talent.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
  • Ensure recruitment administration, compliance and pre-employment checks are completed accurately.
  • Maintain recruitment systems, reports and trackers.
  • Work collaboratively with the People Services team to continuously improve recruitment processes.
