A financial services provider based in the heart of Manchester City Centre is looking for a confident, customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone with financial services experience, who thrives on helping customers, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality service.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:
- Managing product enquiries via telephone and email
- Handling new account enquiries and providing clear product information to potential customers
- Supporting customer retention and discussing reinvestment options
- Processing new applications, transfers (in/out) and account servicing requests
- Handling withdrawals, payments and customer transactions
- Calculating and administering claims
- Maintaining accurate, compliant customer records
- Providing clear, professional guidance to customers on their accounts
Desirables as a Customer Service Administrator:
- Proven 2 years customer service experience, ideally within financial services
- An understanding of ISA products and/or savings accounts will prove a strong advantage
