Our client, based in Loughton, is looking for a tenacious and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their team and become an integral part of their vibrant and growing business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Register applicant enquiries and match tenants with residential properties.
  • Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate tenancy terms and liaise directly with landlords.
  • Reference and credit checks.
  • Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.
  • Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.
  • Progress tenancies efficiently from offer acceptance through to completion.
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries.
  • Promote property listings through digital portals and marketing channels.

Essential Requirements:

  • 6 to 12 months of residential lettings experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
  • Solid understanding of UK lettings legislation and tenancy procedures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving competitive KPIs.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
