Key Responsibilities:
- Register applicant enquiries and match tenants with residential properties.
- Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants.
- Negotiate tenancy terms and liaise directly with landlords.
- Reference and credit checks.
- Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.
- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.
- Progress tenancies efficiently from offer acceptance through to completion.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries.
- Promote property listings through digital portals and marketing channels.
Essential Requirements:
- 6 to 12 months of residential lettings experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
- Solid understanding of UK lettings legislation and tenancy procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Excellent customer service.
- Target-driven with a focus on achieving competitive KPIs.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
