The Income Officer role is for a social housing provider on a temporary basis, covering staff sickness for up to three months. The position is initially office-based with potential to work from home two to three days per week.
You will manage rent accounts, recover arrears, advise on benefits and Universal Credit, and support tenants to sustain their tenancies. Travel to attend home visits and court hearings will be required as needed.
