ROLE: Customer Service Administrator

HOURS: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

SALARY: £28,039.04 plus excellent benefits

We are delighted to be recruiting for an additional Administrator to join our Infeed team supporting heavily on customer enquiries, building supplier relationships, supporting our current supplier base along with reaching out for new suppliers with a view to expanding our network based at our Recycling site, Ilkeston.

This role would suit an experienced Customer Service advisor or administrator with strong communication skills.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATORS DO:

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with new and future suppliers
  • Respond to supplier enquiries, queries both on the phone and via email
  • Liaise with our Transport and Administration department regarding delivery and collections, purchase orders
  • Continue to review the market for trends and conduct analysis to make new business proposals with potential new suppliers
  • Providing data on supplier trends and volumes to the Recycling Commercial Manager

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATORS:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration or Purchasing
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Computer literate including Microsoft packages - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Working as part of a fast paced and dynamic team cross functionally
  • Being able to multitask and prioritise your workload
