What we are looking for?

  • We’re looking to hire a CIPD Level 5 + HR professional / HR Manager who is ready to take ownership, challenge the status quo and help shape the next chapter of the people strategy.
  • This is about more than simply HR operations. It’s about improving recruitment, retention, leadership capabilities, employee engagement and people development, while helping build the culture and HR delivery needed to support a business in significant growth phase.

The ideal pedigree:

  • If you’ve worked within an Engineering, Production Manufacturing environment, enjoy being hands-on and commercially minded, and want the opportunity to drive genuine change, this could be a very exciting move for you.
