What’s involved?
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section while working alongside a passionate and experienced team of chefs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes.
- Running your section during busy service periods.
- Maintaining high standards of food presentation and consistency.
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are met.
- Assisting with stock control and minimising waste.
- Working closely with the team to deliver exceptional food every service.
