Key Responsibilities:
As Front of House Manager, you’ll lead the team and oversee the smooth running of the guest-facing operation. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards while supporting commercial performance and the wider Hotel operation.
- Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team
- Ensure consistently excellent customer service standards
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Oversee bookings and Reception operations to maximise revenue
- Monitor departmental costs against forecasted business levels
- Maintain and continually improve operating standards
- Work closely with Accounts and Revenue teams on paymasters, allowances and adjustments
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales revenue and achieve targets
- Support health, safety, food safety, security and payment card compliance
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure operational efficiency
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a proactive hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong team management and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced Hotel environment
- Medium to large property operational experience preferred
- Previous branded hotel experience would be advantageous
- A confident, proactive leader with a positive, can-do attitude
- A bubbly personality and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
