We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing business based near Haverhill. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term, temp-to-perm position with a growing company.
This role would suit someone with previous factory, production or manufacturing experience who is looking for a hands‑on role within a busy production environment.
Pay & Hours:
£13.45 p/hour, depending on experience
Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00
Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
45 paid hours per week

Factory Operative Duties:
- Operating and monitoring production and packing machinery
- Mixing powders and ingredients
- Packing finished products
- Following manufacturing instructions and recipes
- Completing basic production and quality checks
- Cleaning equipment and work areas
- Reporting any faults or issues
- Following HACCP, GMP and Health & Safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous factory, production or manufacturing experience is essential
- Food production experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on production environment
- Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions
- Reliable, hardworking and looking for a long‑term opportunity
- Own transport is essential due to the location
