With schools across North East Lincolnshire, Grimsby and Lincoln, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative HR team where your expertise will directly influence staff engagement, organisational success and educational outcomes.

Your new role

As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with Principals, Senior Leaders and Managers across multiple academy sites, delivering proactive, practical and commercially focused HR support.

You will be the trusted advisor on a wide range of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, investigations and organisational change.

This is a varied and autonomous role where you will build strong stakeholder relationships, support complex casework, contribute to HR projects, advise on employment law, policy and safeguarding matters, and help drive best practice across the Trust.

You will also work with the Head of HR on the strategic side of the business – playing a key role in supporting restructures, TUPE projects, safer recruitment and workforce initiatives that enable schools to attract, retain and develop talented employees; aswell as other future projects and strategies.

  • What you’ll need to succeed
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent HR qualification.
  • Experience operating at Senior / HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level.
  • Strong employee relations experience, including complex case management.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload across multiple sites.
  • Experience within education, public sector or a unionised environment would be advantageous.
  • Ability to go to multiple sites across NE Lincolnshire and Lincoln – so full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
