The role is term-time permanent with 10 days, salary £36,000–£40,000 pro rata, and hybrid working across multiple sites with travel and 2 days home working.

You will partner with Principals and Senior Leaders, delivering proactive HR support, advising on disciplinary, absence, performance, TUPE and safeguarding matters, and helping drive best practice across the Trust.
