Your responsibilities:
- Take ownership of pre- and post-contract services across multiple projects
- Provide expert commercial and financial guidance to clients
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studies
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments
- Maximise cost efficiency and project profitability
- Manage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business
