Process Technician Electronics Manufacturing / Production
We are recruiting for a Process Technician to join a production environment, supporting the build, rework, modification and testing of electronic components and assemblies.
This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on production experience and a strong understanding of IPC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out component rework and modifications in accordance with IPC standards.
- Build assemblies following approved production procedures.
- Perform basic test routines at sub‑assembly and GA levels.
- Compile test reports and complete production and quality documentation.
- Update and maintain relevant business information systems.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum two years experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
- Experience of electronics assembly, component rework, modification and testing.
- Knowledge of IPC standards and production procedures.
- Methodical and analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Relevant backgrounds may include Process Technician, Production Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Electronics Technician, Assembly Technician, Rework Technician or Test Technician.
