Process Technician Electronics Manufacturing / Production

We are recruiting for a Process Technician to join a production environment, supporting the build, rework, modification and testing of electronic components and assemblies.

This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on production experience and a strong understanding of IPC standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out component rework and modifications in accordance with IPC standards.
  • Build assemblies following approved production procedures.
  • Perform basic test routines at sub‑assembly and GA levels.
  • Compile test reports and complete production and quality documentation.
  • Update and maintain relevant business information systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum two years experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
  • Experience of electronics assembly, component rework, modification and testing.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards and production procedures.
  • Methodical and analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Relevant backgrounds may include Process Technician, Production Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Electronics Technician, Assembly Technician, Rework Technician or Test Technician.
