Hales Group are recruiting for a Mill Labourer to join a well-established client based near Fakenham. You will play a key part in ensuring the site runs smoothly, supporting production targets and contributing to the overall performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of manual labour tasks across the mill
- Cleaning and pressure washing equipment and work areas
- Weighing and mixing ingredients accurately
- Loading raw materials by hand
- Maintaining high attention to detail
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth site operations
To be considered for the role of Mill Labourer you will need:
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Happy to work in a hands-on, sometimes dirty environment
- Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
- Able to follow instructions and maintain good attention to detail
- Location: Walsingham (near Fakenham)
- Pay Rate: £14.96 per hour, enhanced OT rates
- Hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Sunday
- Week 1: 4 nights Monday – Thursday 6pm – 6am
- Week 2: Mon – Wed days 6am – 6pm, Friday – Sunday nights 6pm – 6am,
- Week 3: 4 days Thursday – Sunday 6am – 6pm)
- Week 4: Week off
- Contract: Temporary ongoing
