We’re supporting a respected and well-established main contractor based in Bristol as they continue to grow their reputation for delivering high-quality, design-led construction projects. They are looking to appoint an Estimator to take a leading role in securing a robust pipeline of new build and refurbishment projects ranging from £500k to £12m.

The Role
You’ll play a key part in the pre-construction team, responsible for preparing competitive and accurate tenders and cost plans. From frameworks to negotiated D&B projects, you’ll liaise closely with the design and delivery teams, manage supply chain input, and ensure bids are commercially sound, well-presented, and aligned with client expectations.

- 5+ years estimating experience
- Expertise in pricing tenders across various contract types (D&B, traditional, two-stage)
- Excellent understanding of current market rates, subcontractor engagement, and cost planning
- Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
