Project Manager – Packaging Artwork
Location: Hybrid (Witham / Hemel Hempstead & Working From Home)

Role: Our leading client is looking for a Packaging Artwork Project Manager to support the project team in delivering a very high volume of packaging artwork changes.
- Manage and track artwork projects
- Work closely with clients and internal teams
- Support project delivery from briefing through implementation
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure deadlines and artwork approval processes are followed
- Manage and process cutter guides, preflighting checks, workflows, linking existing artwork, complete pre-artwork process
- Act as the primary point of contact for artwork studio queries
The production team handles much of the technical artwork execution, meaning the Project Manager’s role is focused on organisation, communication and project management rather than artwork creation.
Requirements:
- Experience within packaging artwork
- Worked within a packaging agency, ideally working on FMCG branded and retail accounts
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience managing deadlines
- Comfortable working closely with clients and cross-functional teams
- People-oriented and relationship-driven
- A confident, clear communicator
- Sociable and approachable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and solutions-focusedCalm under pressure and comfortable working independently
Salary: £28000 – £30000/annum
