Cleaning Operative

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Pay frequency: Weekly

Hours: Flexible shifts between 07:00 and 20:00

Working days: The site operates 7 days a week, Monday to Friday

Availability: Minimum 35 days per week required

Role Overview

• We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team
• The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers, retailers and staff.
• The role will involve both indoor and outdoor cleaning duties across the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain communal areas, walkways and facilities to a high standard.
• Clean toilets, washrooms and other customer facilities.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean floors, surfaces, glass and other areas as required.
• Carry out regular cleaning throughout the day to maintain presentation standards.
• Undertake outdoor cleaning, including:
• Sweeping walkways and external areas.
• Litter picking and emptying outdoor bins.
• Keeping entrances, paths and customer areas clean and presentable.
• Assisting with general outdoor housekeeping duties.
• Follow all cleaning procedures, health and safety requirements and company standards.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards or damage to the appropriate manager.
• Work as part of a team while also being able to complete tasks independently.

Salary: £12.71/hour
