Mental Health Association is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager (Peripatetic) to support services across Dumfries, Castle Douglas and surrounding areas.

You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred care and compliant service delivery.

You will lead and supervise staff, oversee care planning and risk assessments, support safeguarding, and deputise in the Registered Manager’s absence.

The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, with on-call duties.
