Role: Site Maintenance Operative

Trust Education is looking for a reliable and hands-on Site Maintenance Operative to join their small, friendly team for the Autumn Term.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming school environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for a range of general maintenance and site duties, including:
- Minor repairs and general maintenance
- Basic plumbing
- Carpentry
- Painting and decorating
- Fire safety checks and duties
- Litter picking and keeping the school grounds tidy
- Supporting the wider site team with day-to-day tasks
- Working effectively as part of a small team
- Helping to ensure the school site remains safe, secure and well maintained
All mandatory training will be provided, including any training required for fire safety responsibilities.
