Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Contractor)
Salary: Up to £50,000 plus package
The Role
Youll be responsible for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with the project and delivery teams.
Projects are typically small to medium sized, up to around £3m, across sectors including:
- Schools and education
- Healthcare and hospitals
- Leisure
- Commercial fit out
- EV infrastructure
- Solar and renewable energy
About You
Were looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience within electrical contracting, M&E or a similar construction environment, who is comfortable managing projects and working closely with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider project team.
Youll ideally have:
- Experience managing projects commercially
- Strong subcontractor and procurement experience
- Good understanding of electrical / M&E projects
- Experience working on projects up to around £3m
- A proactive approach and strong commercial awareness
