Dartford | £45,000-£55,000 + Bonus OR £24-£30/hr Outside IR35

What you’ll be doing:

  • Producing and coordinating ductwork CAD drawings
  • Supporting Building Services projects through detailed delivery
  • Coordinating drawings with wider MEP services
  • Working closely with project and site teams
  • Resolving drawing and coordination issues
  • Supporting projects across London and Surrey

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong CAD experience – essential
  • Previous ductwork experience
  • Building Services / MEP contractor experience
  • Good understanding of construction-stage coordination
  • Active CSCS card desirable
  • Able to work between Dartford and project sites

Permanent or Contract:

  • Permanent: £45,000-£55,000 + strong bonus potential
  • Contract: £24-£30 per hour, initial 6 months

For contractors, there’s good potential for work beyond the initial six months, while permanent candidates will be joining a business looking to grow over the coming years.
