The role is varied and fast paced and requires candidates to demonstrate high levels of accuracy coupled with strong organisational skillsRole:-To ensure you provide a high level of ongoing internal support/ communication to all allocated sectors
- Key focus on customer service and proactively managing all aspects of administration & reporting
- Manage customer satisfaction & risk to business by handling complaints / discrepancies
- Non-conformance & error reporting
- Authorise process for returns/ credits
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
- Project based activities
