Warehouse Operative
We are currently recruiting for Warehouse roles in Corby, this is for our client that isa leading international logistics partner, specialising in supply chain solutions for a variety of brands within the fashion and lifestyle sector.

Hours
- AM– Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm,PM16:00pm to 00:00am ROTATING, (2 weeks of AM and then 2 weeks PM)
- Or Nights Monday 00:00am to Friday 0800am, Fixed
Rate of Pay
AM: £14.48, PM: £15.37
Requirements of a Warehouse Operative
- Experience working in a busy warehouse environment
- Ability to work at height for long periods of time – 18m high
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to be able to lift items that can be up to 32kg in weight.
Duties of a Warehouse Operative
- Accurately picking items using hand-held scanners using FLT equipment – please note, the racking in the warehouse is 18m high.
- Securely operate FLT (HLOP, PPT) equipment and adhere to strict health and safety rules on site
- Moving palletised goods around the warehouse to the correct locations
- Manual duties such as picking, replenishment and handballing
- Support with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Perform daily safety checks on equipment before usage
- General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working environment
- All work undergone is physically demanding due to the nature of the environment
