Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Breaks: 15 mins (Morning) / 30 mins (Lunch) / 15 mins (Afternoon)

The Role: Responsible for operating a Bendi forklift safely and efficiently within a busy paint manufacturing and warehouse environment. Duties include moving, loading and unloading pallets and materials, ensuring products are stored correctly and safely, and transporting stock between warehouse and production areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating Forklift safely: strong awareness of health and safety procedures, careful handling of goods, and the ability to operate the forklift confidently while maintaining a clean, organised and efficient working environment.
  • Inventory Control: Assisting with stock rotation, unloading deliveries, and keeping the warehouse clean and organised.
  • Maintaining Pace: Working efficiently during standard hours and finding that “second gear” to increase speed during peak busy periods without dropping accuracy.
  • Manual Handling: Able to safely lift and move items weighing up to 25kg and, when required, come off the forklift to assist with loading, unloading and general warehouse duties.

  • Forklift Licence: A valid Bendi/Flexi forklift licence is essential, with proven experience operating a Bendi forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
