Territory Sales Manager (Middle East)
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Territory Sales Manager on behalf of a client based in Chesterfield.
As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your assigned territory by developing both new and existing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and growing sales throughout the EMIR territory.
- Developing strategic relationships with EPC contractors, end users, distributors and engineering consultancies.
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Managing the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry through to quotation, negotiation and order.
- Delivering technical product presentations and commercial proposals.
- Providing customers with application advice and technical guidance in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
- Preparing sales forecasts, territory plans and pipeline reports.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer activity.
- Representing the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
- Monitoring competitor activity and identifying market trends to maximise business opportunities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in technical B2B sales or business development.
- Experience managing an international sales territory.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the EMIR territory, including frequent international travel and overnight stays.
Salary: £50000 – £65000/annum
