We are currently recruiting Care Workers and Complex Care Workers in Belfast and surrounding areas to deliver high-quality home care and specialist support to individuals in their own homes.
This is domiciliary care and will require travelling to clients.
If you are compassionate, reliable and passionate about delivering person-centred care we want to hear from you.
We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care (full training provided).
The Role
You will support adults and children in the community with a range of care needs, from general domiciliary care to complex clinical care packages.
- Standard Care Duties
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation and hydration support
- Mobility assistance and moving & handling
- Companionship and emotional support
- Accurate record keeping
- Promoting independence and dignity
- Complex Care Duties (where trained)
- PEG feeding (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
- Enteral feeding management
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning
- Ventilation support
- Stoma care
- Catheter care
- Epilepsy management
- Oxygen therapy
- Managing other complex clinical needs
Full specialist training is provided for the right candidates.
Requirements
- Caring, compassionate and professional attitude

- Right to work in Northern Ireland
- Willingness to complete an Access NI check
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Essential)
- Previous care or complex care experience desirable but not essential
