They are now looking to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their friendly and professional team. The Role
You will act as a key point of contact for SME clients, providing expert HR and Employee Relations advice both verbally and in writing. Typical areas include:
- Employee Relations case management
- Grievances and disciplinaries
- Redundancy processes
- TUPE matters
- General HR advice and guidance
The role is primarily office-based with occasional visits to client sites when required.
Working Pattern
Monday to Thursday Office based in Borehamwood
Friday Home working
35-hour working week
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Confidence advising SME business owners and managers
