An established and highly reputable domestic window and door company, trading for over 30 years and manufacturing its own windows for more than 25 years, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take the business forward.
With a turnover of around £2 million, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to take full responsibility for delivering sales in line with business targets, whilst modernising and developing the sales operation.
The Role
You will be responsible for
- Driving sales growth, volume and revenue across the business.
- Recruiting, leading and managing direct sales, telesales and canvassing teams.
- Improving the journey from initial lead through to conversion and repeat business.
- Managing and maximising leads through an effective CRM system.
- Ensuring leads are organised, followed up and delegated effectively.
- Developing new sales techniques and processes to improve conversion rates.
- Leading social media and digital campaigns to generate new enquiries and increase brand awareness.
- Monitoring performance against targets and identifying opportunities for growth.
